Metrix Connect Pty Ltd As trustee for Metrix Connect Hybrid Trust respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of its clients.
We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, along with any other applicable privacy laws and codes, when collecting, using, disclosing, holding, handling and transferring any personal information. Where practical and legally permissible to do so, you have the option of providing information to us and dealing with us anonymously or by using a pseudonym.
At Metrix Connect, we, and our Authorised Representatives, have ongoing practices, procedures and systems in place to ensure that we manage personal information in an open and transparent way.

In this Privacy Policy, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ means Metrix Connect Pty Ltd as trustee for Metrix Connect Hybrid Trust ABN 55 742 327 931, our Authorised Representatives and the group of companies directly related to the foregoing, in relevant countries who do not have their own privacy policy.
We respect the privacy of your personal information. This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, store, use and disclose your personal information (including sensitive information) in accordance with the terms below, and applicable Privacy Laws (defined as laws including the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) or in New Zealand, the Privacy Act 1993, or in Singapore, the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, or in the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679).
What personal information we collect

CASE STUDY
Owners of a shop in the city. One night a water pipe bursts, flooding the building and damaging stock. Even worse, the building must be evacuated and renovated to repair all the water damage. This means that Owners were unable to trade for six weeks.
The business insurance covers the cost of the renovations.
However because they also had business interruption insurance, the owner received a payout to cover the income lost for the period they were unable to trade.
